Meet the Founders

Anant Mittal

Co-Founder · Mathematics Educator & Mentor

Anant Mittal is a highly respected mathematics educator and mentor with over 24 years of experience in preparing students for some of the world's most competitive examinations, including the SAT, AP Calculus BC, AP Statistics, GRE, GMAT, CAT, and IIT-JEE.

He began his career with Career Launcher (2003–2009) before founding Arete Education and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., which he successfully led from 2010 to 2015. From 2016 to 2018, he served as Head of the Mathematics Department at Bansal Classes, where he led the mathematics program for IIT-JEE aspirants. Since 2018, he has been working as an independent academic consultant and freelance trainer, mentoring students and collaborating with leading schools and educational institutions across India.

Over the years, Mr. Mittal has trained students from some of India's most prestigious schools, including The Doon School, Welham Girls' School, Welham Boys' School, Mayo College, Unison World School, and Hopetown Girls' School, helping them excel in the SAT and Advanced Placement examinations.

Abhishek Raj

Co-Founder · Verbal Reasoning Mentor

Abhishek Raj is a Verbal Reasoning expert, educator, and curriculum designer with over two decades of experience helping students excel in standardized tests. Throughout his career, he has mentored students preparing for the SAT, GMAT, GRE, and CAT, developing a reputation for transforming Verbal Reasoning into one of their greatest strengths.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate from Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore, Abhishek discovered his passion for teaching while preparing for management entrance examinations. What began as an unexpected opportunity soon became a lifelong vocation dedicated to developing confident thinkers and high-performing test takers.

In 2010, he co-founded Arete Education in Dehradun, which quickly grew into one of the region's most respected test-preparation institutes, consistently producing outstanding results. Driven by a desire to deepen his expertise in the discipline he had come to love, Abhishek subsequently pursued an M.A. in English Linguistics from Annamalai University, Chennai, further strengthening the academic foundation of his teaching.

Over the years, Abhishek has worked with leading education companies, including e-GMAT, IMS Manya, GMATWhiz, CrackVerbal, Career Launcher, and Career Forum. His experience spans classroom teaching, curriculum design, content development, and one-on-one mentoring, giving him a deep understanding of how students learn and succeed.

At BragSAT, Abhishek combines conceptual clarity, proven test-taking strategies, and performance psychology to help students maximize their SAT scores. His goal is not just to improve test results, but to build the confidence, critical thinking, and reading skills that prepare students for success in college and beyond.
